Michael Clark is the Head of Industry Development and Engagement at Boeing Defence Australia (BDA) and leads the Category Management team.
A key focus is to lead the identification and development of Australian capability to support BDA deliver some of the Commonwealths largest and most complex programs.
Michael has been with Boeing for over 9 years and is enthusiastic in driving Australian industry opportunities and supplier diversity outcomes.
Michael continues in 2024 as a QLD Committee member for the Australian Industry and Defence Network Ltd (AIDN).
Senior Manager New Business

Darcy Rawlinson is the Senior Manager New Business for Boeing Defence Australia, responsible for new business campaigns and business growth. He leads a team of experienced business development professionals who build customer relationships and ensure Boeing offers innovative operational capabilities.
Darcy joined Boeing in 2018 as a Business Development Manager focused on Networked Communications. He brings a wealth of experience in the field of communications and information systems after a 24-year career in the Australian Army. During a military career that spanned a number of technical and leadership roles, Darcy’s career highlights include command of a British Army Signal Squadron located Germany, which involved an operational tour to Afghanistan as part of Operation HERRICK. He was the inaugural Director of Army’s Land Network Integration Centre (LNIC) and went on to command a Signal Regiment. His final post in Army was as the Colonel Signals (G6) of Forces Command, where he was responsible for the ‘raise, train and sustain’ of Army’s communications, information systems and cyberspace capabilities. Darcy is a graduate of the Royal Military College Duntroon, the Australian Technical Staff Officer College and the Australian Command and Staff College. He holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting), a Masters of Management Studies (Defence Capability and Acquisition) and a Masters of Arts (Management and Strategy). Bringing an operational focus to complement Boeing’s engineering capability, Darcy enjoys working with technical teams to ensure the military customer’s needs are understood and exceeded. In his spare time, he enjoys the company of his wife and teenage daughter - when that is too overwhelming, he enjoys adventure motorbike riding
Senior Manager, International Strategic Partnerships

Brian Stewart is the Senior Manager of International Strategic Partnerships (ISP) at Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS). Brian is responsible for the partnerships and industrial participation in Australia, India, Taiwan and Japan. Brian leads Boeing’s participation in Australia’s Global Supply Chain Program with his team that make up the Office of Australian Industry Capability (OAIC) at Boeing. The OAIC has delivered well over $800M AUD in export contracts to Australian suppliers since it joined the program in 2007. As a 17-year Boeing employee, Brian has held senior roles in Supply Chain, Commercial Sales Contracts, 737 Program Management, and Strategy.
